The company is for Senior Salesforce Developer with strong Service Cloud experise. This role will be leveraged to deliver Salesforce projects across multiple clients. Required: DEV401 (DEV501 a plus) certification

- Experienced Salesforce.com Developer with DEV401 Certification

- Experience in developing and creating standard objects and custom fields

- Experience in developing and creating custom objects and custom fields

- Salesforce configuration experience

- Salesforce Design, Implement, Migrate, Integrate, Test, and Maintain using current tools

- Design data model, user interface, business logic, and security for custom applications.





- Custom applications and analytics using the declarative capabilities

- Code migration from sandbox (non-prod) to production environment

- Integration experience with Enterprise APIs, and Custom Apps, Web Services, Databases

- Extract, Transformation and Load (ETL) tools.

- Test & Troubleshoot

- Post migration address issues related to functionality, integration and implementation

- Usage problems develop and communicate plans to IT/business teams

- Maintain - System Administrator with Enterprise edition or above

- Maintain multiple user roles: security, profiles, workflow rules, etc.

- Experience with Salesforce technologies including:

- Force.com

- Visual Force

- AppExchange

- Apex

- Experience with Service Cloud

- Experience with OpenCTI and integrating CTI with Salesforce

- Understanding of overall Architecture of Salesforce platform

- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical issues and resolve problems at all levels of the organization both internally and externally.

- A plus if candidates have Service Cloud Consultant cert as well, not required, but desired
