Job description

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized E-commerce Project Manager to join our team. As an E-commerce Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various e-commerce projects. Roles and Responsibilities Manage the entire project life cycle, from initiation to closure .Develop project plans and schedules, and ensure that project deadlines are met Monitor project progress. Manage our clients online marketplace and website such as Amazon, Shopify etc., Ensuring a seamless customer experience Building high performing teams with strong business and content knowledge and flexibility to work across business areas. Work with the E commerce team and merchandising to analyze on site performance and trends and recommendations. Manage competitor analysis presentation, keeping track of all promotions and offers from key competitors. Ensure that projects are completed within budget, and identify cost-saving opportunities . Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement . Communicate project updates to team members . Communicate project status, risks, and issues in a timely and effective manner.



Ensure all team members are aware of project milestones and deadlines. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and provide recommendations for process improvements and new technologies Develop and track key performance metrics to measure the success of the e-commerce project. Professional Skills and Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business/Administration, Information Systems, Management, Information Technology. 3-5 years of experience managing e-commerce projects. Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Technical proficiency in website development e-commerce platforms/marketplace like Shopify. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and technologies Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketers Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Knowledge of Scrum, Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment is a plus. PMP, CSM, CSPO, PSM, CSP, PM, II, SPC, SA, ITIL Certifications is a plus
