Workforce Development, Project Specialist Role

About this Role:

The Learning & Development Specialist role supports the processes and program logistics needed to communicate and offer our learning curriculum to associates within the Research & Advisory business unit. This role also includes improving our processes, working with stakeholders across the globe and provides an opportunity to build foundational L&D; skills.

What You’ll Do:

Coordinate scheduling and logistics for meetings, training and development programs.

Provide administrative support for training sessions, including room reservations, calendar invites, class rosters, attendance sheets, materials preparation, learning management system management, participant communication, etc.

Manage sending and tracking of new hire and manager emails to ensure effective onboarding.

Maintain on-demand learning materials and resources on the R&A; intranet site, including ensuring links are working and materials are accurate/updated.

Manage sessions in our LMS (Learning Management System), including creating sessions, updating information, supporting registration and tracking attendance

Manage email inbox for team, triaging or responding to emails in a timely and client-focused way.

Assist in enhancing or identifying upgrades to current programs, materials, processes, etc.

Work collaboratively with team members to meet client needs and business objectives.

Provide floating support for teammates on various projects.

Participate in program and department meetings.

What You’ll Need:

~3 years supporting a business unit or functional area, within Learning and Development or HR, Administration.

Strong organizational and project management skills – capable of managing multiple learning projects at the same time.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements and multiple stakeholders.

Ability to prioritize tasks,



identify issues and ask for help when needed.

Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to proactively build and maintain strong partnerships.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

High level of client service skills with strong ability to work with diverse groups to reach successful outcomes

Proficient with MS PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
