What will you be working on? Your primary role would be to offer the best customer experience to Ditto's users post-policy purchase. You would liaison with multiple insurers, and internal and external teams to ensure our users have the smoothest and hassle-free experience of getting their policies issued.



You would assist our users in completing the various process requirements for policy issuance. Your other responsibilities include - improving the turnaround time for policy issuance, maintaining data records of various steps, and implementing various projects to drive efficiencies across multiple processes.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in operations, in a similar role, is a must (Minimum 2-3 years).
- Accuracy and attention to detail are a must.
- Must be able to work meticulously and in a well-disciplined manner and should be capable of following up with necessary parties on a regular basis.
- Proficiency in Excel is a must, fundamental statistical analysis and computer knowledge are necessary.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
