About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Operations Associate Manager...

In this role, you will:

- Supervise a team of Operation Specialists responsible for moderately complex transactional and operational tasks such as processing servicing related tasks, identifying problems, improving service levels and develop metric to measure growth and performance
- Ensure timely completion, quality and compliance within the operation area
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development and escalates issues to senior management
- Provide training, performance, evaluation and coaching of less experienced team
- Make daily supervisory decisions and resolve business issues related to team supervision, work allocation and daily operational tasks under direction of Operations management
- Leverage interpretation of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Possess thorough understanding of the CREFC guidelines and regulations, extensive understanding of CMS loan documents, in-depth understanding of CMBS and CRE business cycle

Be able to understand and interpret complex language of PSAs, loan document interpretation and possess excellent analytical skills
- Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including senior managers
- Lead team to achieve objectives
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Operations
- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent





Required Qualifications:

- 2+ years of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, education
- 1+ years of leadership experience

Job Expectations:

Commercial property financial analysis skills - includes comprehensive review of property cash flows, property operating statements and property rent rolls as well as researching market rents and reviewing property inspections.

Ability to interpret the various legal documents related to commercial mortgages, commercial real estate and servicing agreements.

Handling calls with LOB of the respective portfolios.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to multitask and work in a deadline driven setting.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Understanding of the Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities (CMBS) industry, Pooling and Servicing Agreements and the roles and responsibilities of the Master Servicer and Special Servicer.

Experience in commercial real estate underwriting, commercial documentation review.

Ability to successfully manage relationships and expectations with internal and external parties
