Job Details

Opening for the post of Network Administrator. Immediate joiners are required.

Experience - 5+ years

Responsibilities

* Installation, configuration and administration of switches, routers, security appliances and other network devices

* Troubleshooting to proactively identify and mitigate problems and risks within a network

* Analysis of business requirements for the development of technical network solutions and their framework conditions

* Development of technology roadmaps and service improvement plans

* First, second and third level customer support and vendor coordination

* Analysis and evaluation of customer requirements as well as independent solution finding

* Creation and maintenance of various technical documentation

Technical Skills Required

* Successfully completed IT training or comparable knowledge and skill

* Sound ITIL knowledge and experience





* Very good knowledge of Cisco/Cisco Meraki products such as security appliances, switches and other devices

* In-depth knowledge of devices from at least one other network device manufacturer

* Experience in designing, deploying and maintaining a highly resilient and scalable network infrastructure

* Solid experience with network security concepts as well as the configuration and administration of firewalls

* Understanding and experience with most network technologies such as 802.1q, HSRP, OSPF, BGP, NAT, ACLs, IPSEC and SNMP

* Knowledge of common scripting languages ​​and experience in their application

* Experience with monitoring platforms like PRTG, Icinga, Nagios and others

* Ability to implement related technologies and understand their dependencies in complex enterprise environments

* Ability to lead and develop a strategic vision for our clients

* Knowledge of infrastructure components such as Active Directory, Exchange, DNS, DHCP, System Center Suite, Ansible, Kubernetes and Docker
