Inviting applications for the role of an MT/AM, Accounts Payable- Invoice processing/Payments.

We are looking for someone who can coordinate the Accounts Payable function. Also, assist associates to identify & implement AP improvements. You must be a Finance and Accounting Subject Matter Guide with relevant experience in the accounts payable process.

Responsibilities





- Process Non-Purchase Invoices (FI), e-Invoices as per the established process
- Reconcile the processed work by the team verifying entries and comparing system reports.
- Audit the processed work by the team by verifying entries and comparing system reports.
- Ensuring timely processing and payments of the critical vendors such as electricity, water and energy or any urgent request.
- Ensures credit is processed against the existing over payment or outstanding debit balance (s) of a vendor.
- Ensure the potential duplicate check before releasing the payment proposal.
- Create payment proposal, review and execute the payment run.
- Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports and recording entries.
- Production planning on daily basis and allocating the inflow volume to respective team members.
- Process travel and expense reports of employees by receiving and verifying expense reports for advances and receipts.
- Positive knowledge of excel reports like Pivot table, formulas, formatting and cleansing the data.
- Resolving queries like wrong posting, reversal, and corrections
- Support team members in processing corrections by clarifying their doubts and confusions.




- Updates job knowledge by identifying opportunities/changes in the process and documenting them in the SOPs (process documents).
- Maintain 100% accuracy of invoice processing and monthly reports.
- Required to work UK shift time and being flexible with the change in future, if needed as per any requirement.
- Perform other related duties as assigned. Preparing governance deck based on cadence (weekly, monthly and quarterly/as required) with the clients.
- Work to get the debit balances on the creditor’s account to the minimum.
- Maintaining the process performance as per the agreed KPIs and SLAs with the client while always ensuring client satisfaction.
- Responsible for the timely, accurate, approved entry and maintenance of trade settlements in the ERP.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications/skills

- B-com/BBA/BBM graduate

Preferred qualifications/skills

- Bachelor/Master of Commerce or Business Administration
- Relevant work experience in AP.
- Must have sound knowledge of written and spoken English.
- Preferable to have practical knowledge of any ERP utilized in BPO industry.
- Preferable to have practical knowledge of MIS Reporting.
- Understanding of E2E AP process.
- Excellent time management and planning skills
- Attention to detail, valuable analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Drive to achieve results and deliver on assigned goals.
