Network Operations Control
The Network Operations department helps us run a safe, reliable airline, and includes careers in aircraft routing and dispatching, crew scheduling, air traffic control and more.
Job overview and responsibilities
Leadership role driving the decisions on new processes, tools, reports, dashboards, insights, etc... to improve efficiency for SOC/ATW/BTW/Other Operational Departments around the system in the field and at NOC/CSC.

- Administer and manage data engineering and digital technology teams to fix and enhance existing reporting and dashboard infrastructure developed for airport operations CSC and field leaders
- Develop new reports and insights for Airport Operations senior leadership in SOCs, ATW, and BTW leadership
- Manage data analytics for Winter Operations and MoveTeam leadership team and enhance existing software that provides data to the station leadership on compliance with the Winter Ops procedures
- Manage analytics reporting for APU usage insights and develop/enhance our reporting interfaces (dashboards and emails) communicating performance and goals with all stations around the United System




- Develop and communicate operational reliability insights for senior leadership (e-Team)
- Develop and manage the refresh of the next generation of technology to enhance user experience of obtaining data via desktop and mobile tools to enhance decision making of the leaders in field ( Airport Operations) in pacting Customer D00 and NPS scores
- Management of direct reports/dotted line reports, comms, reviews, Knowledge Skills and Abilities Sharing/Development, coaching, etc.

Required

- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of Airport Operations Analytics experience
- Airport Operations experience
- Dashboarding and Data Visualization experience
- Task/System/Reporting Automation experience
- Intermediate to expert knowledge of Microsoft suite of tools
- Intermediate knowledge of Spotfire or other dashboarding business intelligence tools
- Beginner to intermediate Python/VB/VBA knowledge
- Must be legally authorized to work in India for any employer without sponsorship
- Must be fluent in English and Hindi (written and spoken)
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

Preferred

- Bachelor's Degree in Aviation Administration or a related field
- SOC specific Airport Operations experience
- Programming/Coding experience
- JS/NodeJS, HTML, CSS, Visual Studio/Visual Studio Code, GitHub
