Job Description & Summary A career within SAP Consulting services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients maximise the value of their SAP investment with offerings that address sales, finance, supply chain, engineering, and human capital. We provide comprehensive consulting, system integration and implementation services across multiple SAP applications, products and technologies. Simply put, we focus on delivering business led, technology enabled change for our clients including industry specific enterprise resource planning and the latest in mobile, analytics and cloud solutions.
Performs systems administration functions for SAP to ensure supported systems are
reliable, efficiently maintained, upgraded and available to support customer productivity.
2. Plan, prepare, and install SAP applications
3. Introduce technical changes into the environment using a structured approach that
minimizes risk and achieves high reliability, availability and performance of each SAP
instance
4. Design and implement an optimal SAP configuration to maximize system performance
and availability
5. Maintain SAP performance by planning and executing SAP tuning strategies
6. Administer the SAP database (plan and perform database upgrades, apply database
maintenance, design and maintain physical database layout, perform database




reorganizations, design and implement backup and restore strategy, maintain database
security, administer database performance, manage database storage, database
problem determination and resolution, etc.)
7. Act as a mentor to other members of the SAP Basis Application Administration Team.
8. Complete work in a timely and accurate manner while providing exceptional customer
service
9. Strong knowledge of Linux, AIX and Windows operating systems
10. Strong knowledge and Hands-on in Oracle, HANA, Sybase, MaxDB
11. Experience designing and building high availability and disaster recovery systems
12. Minimum of 4 end-to-end SAP implementations and migrations
13. Experience in migrating or implementing SAP on Cloud
14. Should have handled a team of 5-6 team members.
15. Should have done a client-facing role.
16. Should have participated in RFP response, proposal for SAP migration/upgrade

Preferred skill sets -Oracle, HANA, Sybase, MaxDB,Linux, AIX and Windows operating systems,migrating or implementing SAP on Cloud
Year of experience required -8-12 Years
