Job description

NetBrain is looking for an IT System Engineer, who has interest in managing office computer systems for a rapidly growing network management software company. This person, based in Hyderabad, Telengana, should be able to provide IT support with Windows/Linux/Mac systems, VoIP phone systems, printers, etc. and work with a range of software tools for both day-to-day tasks and R&D; purposes. The Impact Youll Make You will instrumental in making sure that our recent and existing employees are able to stay connected in an environment with increasing numbers of hybrid and remote employees. You will be able to widen your skillset in multiple disciplines of IT, including network, system, software and cloud computing. What You'll Do What Youll Do You will maintain Office 365 Suite, exchange online, Windows Domain, DNS, AD/LDAP, Confluence, JIRA, Dropbox, Zoom, Azure AD, CrowdStrike, VoIP Telephone system, etc. Maintain office IT systems (Servers, PCs, printers, file sharing, shared drive, etc.) Manage Windows, Linux and Mac OS level hardening and security patching. Support servers hosted on Windows Server, Linux Server,



VMware ESXi, AWS EC2, Azure VM, etc. Support and maintain internal office network (Internet, Firewall, Wireless, etc.) Document and support the corporate disaster recovery processes. Who You Are You Have A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent work experience 1-5 years of System/Network Engineer experience Experience installing desktops, laptops (Windows/Mac.), monitors, VoIP phones and printers Experience with service desk software and incident response workflows (JIRA service desk, BMC Remedy, or equivalent) Experience administering some of our current technology stack and willingness to learn others Confluence, JIRA, Dropbox, Zoom, Office 365 Suite, Azure AD, CrowdStrike, VoIP etc. Experience installing computing and networking hardware including Dell servers, Cisco Routers, and switches. Knowledge of TCP/IP, VPN, DHCP, DNS and common LAN switching and Wi-Fi technologies Extensive knowledge of maintaining Windows servers, Linux Server, VMware ESXi, AWS EC2, Azure VM, etc. Great verbal communication skills to explain technical concepts in simple terms that are understandable to even a non-technical audience.
