Scope Of Work. Primary Shared Across Functionally
. Group Leader is responsible for overall performance of various projects / sub - groups of the department assigned to him/her
. Reviewing the Management Systems related activities & providing necessary direction to DMs.
. Verifying and approving the resource requirements identified by the DM and ensuring availability of the same.
. Providing necessary guidance to DM/DDM for identification of roles / responsibilities within the Departments.
.Departmental Administration/ Interaction with Higher Management and various Departments
.Knowledge of relevant international codes and standards such as Saudi Aramco Standards, IEC API etc. . To lead, Guide & assisting the team of Lead Engineers, Job Engineers/Designers & Other project supporting personnel in engineering activities in the field of Electrical.

Resolving major interface issues & customer feedback / complaints with respect to departments reporting to him / her.
. Co-chairs the internal periodical project review meetings
. Reviews and approves budgetary requirements w.r.t. projects.
. Supporting CE for business opportunities within division.
. Verifying and reviewing the 3D Model
. Review of the following documents
. Engineering execution plan including engineering work schedule, Design criteria & Procurement schedule
Relationships Management. Internal External
Interaction with Higher Management Various Depts other FHs/ PMs/EMs etc Interaction with Client and Vendors
Key Result Areas. . Quality of deliverables issued by discipline
. Adherence by team to the project schedule during issue of deliverables
. Act as Engineering Sponsor for identified projects
. Approves all critical decisions in the project
. Provides strategic guidelines to project team members
. Reviews project progress periodically
. Attendance at project kick-off meetings
