Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with the organization's objectives
Oversee the recruitment and hiring process to attract top talent
Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new employees
Conduct performance management and employee development activities, including performance evaluations, coaching, and career development plans
Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
