Perform the day-to-day administrative and financial operations
Be responsible for the overall good maintenance of accounting books
Preparation of Tax forms and comply GST regulation by computing quarterly GST report
Submission for GST to Revenue Department
Support Finance Manager in finalizing month-end reports; Upkeep of records for audit.
Recording Journal entries (eg., Receipts, Payments, purchases, sales, accruals, Audit adjustments, etc)
Should be able to summarise monthly revenue expense report.
Preparation of input tax, output tax reports payroll / preparation of social security for registration, filling and submission to the CPF Office.
Coordinate and support between Finance Manager and Head of Office
Accounts Payable/Receivable Management
Documents financial transactions by entering account information
Liaise with customers for verification of payment/invoices
Timely followup with customers on payments.
Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements, including for staff reimbursements and expense reports
Update Cash Book whenever payment has been made.




Maintain the flow of cash in and out as well as the internal transfer of fund
Prepare bank reconciliation statements to keep track of balances
Liaison with external auditor and accountant
Support any ad hoc administrative work, if any
Desired Skills and Experience

Proficient in MS office and computers
Experience with basic finance with at least a Diploma / Level 1 ACCA would be a strong plus
Experience/knowledge of Xero accounting software would be a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills, valuable team player and willing to learn
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Passionate and willing to learn
