Key Responsibilities:
1) DRIVING OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCIES & DISTRIBUTION MANAGEMENT
üWeekly/Fort-nighly Governance calls/Meetings and managing Axis Protection support desk
üQuality of Business discussions and drive for Protection Issuance for Circle/cluster
üMOM drive and ATR resolution

ESCALATION & QUERY MGMT Single point of contact ALL Complaint and query / Under writing management for protection business
3) TRAINING : Train and educate distribution on the various ops process and new initiativesand address FAQs on Protection
Measure of Success:
. 50% M0 issuance and 65% M2 Issuance
.100% Service and complaint resolution within TAT
.Bank Partner, Customer satisfaction score-top 2 boxes with more than 70%
.Customer retention and reduction in leakage
.Ops process awareness and trainings in Distribution team on ops processes and policies
.Audit ratings of 2 or above in all internal audits
