Job Description Core Responsibilities Maintains server environments for the enterprise Maintains the operations of all systems to ensure their availability Troubleshoots and resolves any IT service issues related to operating systems and servers Partners with the infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve related issues in a team-oriented environment L1 / L2 incidents management L3 operation and critical support execution Prioritize system recovery in the event of a failure Implements standards for servers and operating systems Leverages optimization techniques to maximize the efficiency of all systems Works with third-party vendors and consultants on developing system-specific skills.
