Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure reduction in POS SICs count reduce the inflow reflect in SICs
- Collaboration with Axis Ops team & Bank for MIS, Login of service request & reconciliation of Service Requests with Axis Team
- Timely update of Complaints / Queries of Axis Bank
- Identification of key process / product parameters having a financial or customer impact
- Proposing the checks in the form of SIC to respective patch owners & facilitating deployment of prioritized SIC's
- SIC release management
- Manage POS SIC's and ensure proper action is taken on the outages. Propose and implement permanent and temporary fix
- Correction of the impact
- Creation of BR's/CR's for all the prioritized requirements
- Review & Facilitate sign-off on the BR's and FS's
- Testing of the functionality
- 100% adherence CKYC of approved POS request
- Uploading and Tracking of CKYC documents with CERSAI
- BRD enhancement for phase 2 of CKYC

Measure of Success:

- Deployment of prioritized SIC's as per plan
- Adherence to SIC plan agreed with IT
- Getting the correction done of the impacted
- Policies coming in the SIC and impacted list
- Daily tracking of CKYC upload cases from IT
- Publishing the daily MIS
- Tracking with IT for fail cases and getting the cases validated with IT and again uploading with CERSAI
- Attending weekly meeting for CKYC enhancements
- Managing the CKYC process by daily tracking the data,



published MIS with management on daily basis on the adherence by users while uploading, highlighted the gaps/error by users, provided training to users on the ckyc process adherence

Desired qualifications and experience:

- Should be a graduate, preferably with a qualified qualification.
- Knowledge of Life Insurance products preferred.
- Must have a minimum of 2-5 years in Insurance and automated reports run

FOR LATERAL MOVEMENT,

- Candidates who have a performance rating of G2M2 & have completed 12 months in the current role
- Candidates who have a performance rating of G3M3 & have completed 18 months in the current role

Knowledge and skills required:

- Experience of working in operations preferably in Banking, Telecom or Financial service companies
- Exposure to quality tools and processes
- Good communication skills
- Strong adaptability and Problem solving skills
- Hands on Excel and automated report run and validation
