We are looking for pure Cloud RDS, PostgreSQL DBAs, who are deeply hands-on with AWS RDS and PostgreSQL within-depth knowledge of Clustering, High Availability, Load Balancing, and Replication ,Performance Tuning . in-depth hands-on experience is a must.- PostgreSQL running on AWS EC2 - database Administration in-depth hands-on experience is a must.- Knowledge of best practices when dealing with relational databases (PostgreSQL )- Must be able to write SQL scripts and power shell scripts.- Hands on experience with large size Databases running at Enterprise scale around troubleshooting, performance tuning.- Skilled at optimizing large complicated SQL statements and stored procedures, functions, packages.- Assist with common database procedures such as upgrade, patch, backup, recovery, migration, High Availability etc.- Ensure performance, security, wallet, and availability of databases.- Need to have strong experience in PostgreSQL HIGH Availability Solutions.- Capable of configuring popular database engines and orchestrating clusters as necessary- Design and develop PostgreSQL, MySQL database systems including statements, data modelling, procedures, functions, views, and indexes.- Collaborative, team focus with working experience in a 24x7 uptime workplace.- Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must.- Hands-on experience with MSSQL, Document DB, Redshift is a huge plus.- Cloudformation experience is a huge plus.
