Job Description :We are looking for a PostgreSQL database administrator or PostgreSQL DBA who can build, maintain, configure, and repair PostgreSQL open-source databases. Other duties include deploying applications to help clients and employers use the database for their specific needs.Responsibilities :- Coordinate with the developers,



managers and leadership teams to build effective databases- Collaborate with product managers to make sure database code meets demand- Communicate with front-end developers to define plain yet dynamic APIs- Keep a check on data structures and quality of data with DBAs- Integrate and maintain database code in procedures, scripts, queries, and viewsRequirements :- Total Experience : 4+- Experience on ORA2PG tool for oracle to PostgreSQL conversion.- Familiarity with PostgreSQL support for JSON- Good Grasp of ETL concepts- Oracle RAC experience / hands-on is a must, sound technical knowledge of RAC technology, DG & GoldenGate- In-depth understanding of data management (e.g. permissions, recovery, security, and monitoring)- Solid written and verbal communication along with proven fluency of EnglishLocation : Pan IndiaImmediate joiner is a big plus (ref:hirist.com)
