The Chance:

The Consultant will be responsible for assisting customers and partners, demonstrating professional knowledge in ECM functional areas and the OpenText Extended ECM/VIM for SAP solution suite to ensure that the tasks and deliverables are of the highest calibre. Combination of deep technical xECM/VIM ABAP development skills and a wide range of equally important “soft” consulting skills such as advanced customer facing skills, customer relationship building, facilitate/lead blueprint design and requirements workshops, and excellent communication skills are required for this role.

You are great at:

- Focus on Digital Content and Extended Document Management (OpenText xECM) or OpenText VIM solution

- Process recording, optimization and conception of functional and technical business processes and extensions

- Configuration, programming, and implementation of process flows and their tests

- Actively participate and contribute to analysis, design, planning, processes, etc., Raise issues where needed and create sensitivity towards timely resolution of problems.

- Support with the requirements analysis and planning of the systems

- Installation and basic configuration of the OpenText xECM/VIM components





- Customer support for client rollouts

- Carrying out release changes & migrations

- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the IT consulting environment

- Assist in requirements gathering activities and contribute to technical design activities.

- Contribute to the configuration & development of xECM/VIM implementation, in line with project and customer time scales.

- Basic knowledge of ERP, CRM and/or ECM systems

- Distinct customer orientation and consulting skills

- Software configuration and programming knowledge, e.g., ABAP Programming, Data Dictionary & Development RICEF objects, Workflow

- Project experience in the SAP environment, SAP MM/FICO SAP HCM/SuccessFactors, SAP Hybris C4C and/or SalesForce is additional advantage (any one)

- Knowledge in SAP S/4 HANA, OOPS and Fiori/UI5 is additional advantage

- Very good written and spoken English

- Manage expectations and responsibilities for all client and internal stakeholders.

- Must be willing to travel within India and globally.

What it takes:

- Hands on experience in SAP ABAP, Basic Programming, Data Dictionary & Development RICEF objects

- Basic knowledge in SAP Fiori standard apps and custom apps





- Person should have Experience in Workflow administration (Restart/repair workflows)

- Basic knowledge in SAP MM (handling PO, GR, SES etc.) and FI modules with Invoice posting/blocking/parking scenarios for VIM

- Knowledge in SAP S/4 Hana, OOPS and Fiori/UI5 is required

- Should possess good communication skills

- Candidate should be able to understand the Functional Specification document develop & deliver the assigned objects

- Basis knowledge in ABAP debugging skills, Technical Unit Testing is required.

- Candidate should be a quick learner and should be able to learn Opentext tools like VIM / ICC / BC /xECM /ADA in a quick time.

- Positive attitude and flexibility along with highly motivated would be important for this role.
