What would you do

You will be aligned with our Business Operations vertical and help us supervise the day to day operational and administrative activities, ensuring that all processes are followed / executed and that deadlines are met. You will be working as a part of the team which is responsible for Program and Project Management.



This team is highly focused on delivering successful projects to clients on time while ensuring that they are well within the scope and the budget. The team is responsible for initiating, planning and executing projects while also tracking, managing dependencies, predicting and mitigating risks. This team is also responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and third party vendors. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration of business practices to create efficiency within an organization. It is concerned with converting materials and labor into goods and services to maximize the profit of an organization.

What are we looking for

MS Excel - basic formulas, ability to work with large amounts of data. Doesn't have to be technical in MS Excel but should be comfortable with creating dashboards, using various existing in-built functionalities
Confidence and assertiveness in working with Senior Executives and exceptional track record of building relationships with stakeholders
Highly adaptable, adaptable, and able to work under pressure and quickly changing priorities
Self-motivated, with a high degree of self-reliance and responsibility to own issues and actions
Proven team management skills, attention to detail, tenacity to drive things to completion




Minimum Bachelor s degree
At least 5+ years of relevant experience
Business operations management, Financial, Sales & Pipeline management
PowerBI
Basic technology knowhow for cloud and non-cloud tier-1 ecosystem partners

Roles and Responsibilities

In this role, you need to analyze and solve increasingly/higher/lower- complex problems
Assist in maintaining accuracy and integrity of all the emails/confirmations/records and provide meaningful and actionable feedback in all interactions
Support in the provision of regular management information, metrics, and analysis
Coordinate with ecosystem partner POCs and BG Leads team for planning, scheduling & execution of tasks & activities
Participate in/lead projects and establish efficient communication channels. Work closely with Business Operations Leads to drive and implement continuous improvement and optimization programs for operational processes
Support stakeholders in managing relationships with other BG Leads and their activities
Monitor ecosystem partner training & certification metrics and facilitate timely interventions
Use and/or create excel/ppt views/dashboards for data visualization
Follow documented procedures & implement process improvement (wherever necessary), so that services are delivered consistently and correctly; build trust-based relationship with stakeholder(s)
