Business Analyst, Data Management & Reporting

Inviting applications for the role of BA, Data Management & Reporting

. Strong Business Analytics experience preferably in US Insurance domain

. Have experience in working with large datasets

. Proficiency in Advanced MS-Excel

. Proficient in coordinating with Internal/External stakeholders along with process management
Responsibilities

. Proficient in Advance Excel and VBA knowledge would have an added advantage.

. Understand the communicated requirements and perform adhoc&rsquos; testing and performing reconciliations on the developed report to ensure the accuracy of desired output.

. Performing Program Reconciliation Reports and maintaining Audit artifacts

. Working on process change requests on steady state reports with attention to reconciliation expectations and co-coordinating with different teams and PA&rsquos; (Program administrators) to seek issues

. Document preparation (SOP)



for developed reports to share with team members and must be able to own the responsibilities assigned and manage/prioritize them based on due dates and task demands.

. Work on fixing any Errors/Fall out transactions before month end close and testing of movement of data between different servers.

. Domain Knowledge - Should have significant knowledge of working in NAS/US Insurance Industry

. Excellent interpersonal skills with analytical mind set

. Own the responsibilities assigned and must be able to prioritize deliverables in hand as per the need of the hour

. Coordinate with other team members in order to ensure smooth delivery of tasks scheduled/assigned

. Managing internal/external stakeholders seamlessly

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications

. B.Tech, BCA or MCA Post Graduate

. Preferred qualifications

Excellent communication skills with analytical mind set
