Hybrid Working
We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. We’re flexible on how this works and it may continue to change and evolve. Depending on your team, typically this means that colleagues spend a minimum of between 20% to 60% of their time in the office, which could be over a week, a month or a quarter. However, some colleagues may choose to spend more time in the office over a typical period than their role type requires. We also have a flexible working process where, subject to business needs, all colleagues globally are able to request work patterns to reflect their personal circumstances These requests will be reviewed and agreed for a period of time i.e., will have a start and end date.

Introduction:
• Ensure smooth functioning of Talent Acquisition Operations and compliance to procedures and policy guidelines.
• Lead the team into Operational Growth and to achieve stipulated SLA’s to proactively build relationships with stake holders (internal and external).
• The role holder will manage and oversee multiple projects and/or programme workstreams, updating the Service Delivery Lead to ensure delivery on time,
• Need to oversee/handle Programmatic team
• Overall regional service delivery responsibilities for Programmatic screening process.
What will you be doing?
BACKGROUND VERIFICATION GOVERNANCE & KNOWLEDGE
• Candidate will need to drive team to follow the Background Verification process for new joiners and keeping up to date with new regulations and changes in the external environment.
• India HR Operations team
SCREENING MANAGEMENT:
• Be an ambassador for excellent Candidate experience during their Recruitment process
• Ensuring compliance according to the Global Screening Standard, reviewing screening results and interpreting these to decide if individuals can enter our business and remain post-hire.
• Review final output for each Screening Case and use policy knowledge to make a compliance decision.
• Provide advice and guidance to customers and other stakeholder i.e. Resourcing Partners.
• Ensure Risk and Governance requirements are adhered to and actions completed within timescales.
• Ensure any operational and process failures/weaknesses identified through controls testing and Conformance Testing are addressed.
• Ownership of personal performance development and training needs.
• Grow own capability within the team.
• Provide input to projects and change initiative within HR Operations
• Monitoring of operational performance and SLA, to ensure effective delivery of performance
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
• Lead and manage the team and be responsible for own team areas of performance against a number of key metrics including customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, compliance with Sourcing requirements and operational efficiency. Ensure that financial controls are in place and process risk is identified and mitigated
• Build, Lead, and develop the Onboarding team; set challenging goals that underpin the business aims
What we’re looking for:
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage, prioritize and deliver multiple tasks within the same period of time.
• Managing and communicating with stakeholders appropriately
• Related Onboarding legislation, governance and practice
• Uses evaluative judgements based on the analysis of information to implement solutions
• Ability to translate difficult problems into simple solutions which are actionable by the business. For example manual convention of hard copy feedback form to an OMR based paper to use technology to automatically read and provide results in excel
• Strong analytical mind set and comfort when presenting performance, including attention to detail, problem solving and decision making skills
• Proven process and project management skills, which demonstrate ability to identify and manage interdependent activities, always meeting the requirements of stakeholders
• Excellent communicator with the ability to discuss nonstandard process related scenarios with colleagues who do not have a Onboarding background
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Working autonomously when required
• Excellent awareness and adherence to Governance and Control.
• Wider thinking – a strong awareness of Business strategy and objectives
• Understanding of People Screening, UK Onboarding, SAP, Hire and the Pay and Status processes.

• Experience of working with cross geography teams
• Expert user - MS Office
• At least 12 months in the current role at BA4 or AVP
• Last year PD rating Strong or above
• Significant experience of providing automation and development expertise within a relevant business / function.
Education & Experience
• 5-8 years of relevant experience
• Excellent record of accomplishment during past work experience.
• Demonstrated team handling skills in the past.
