JOB SUMMARY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations Managemen t: Managing onboarding, downstream system and releases for e-commerce channel.

- Responsible for attending CFTs for Products, etc.
- Business requirement writing and coordinating with all stake holders to ensure relevant approvals are in place.
- Ensuring error free system releases without any production outages.
- Work with internal stakeholders including IT, Business, Underwriting team on alignment for releases.
- Monitor & close production issues w.r.t releases went live.
- Liaison with stakeholders (Internal & External) for closure of requirements & query resolutions to support routine business transactions.

Measures of Success

- No CRs on account of deficient BRs
- Adherence to BR submission, FS sign off , testing and launch timelines
- Timely monitoring and closure of defects.

Key competencies/skills required

- Business Requirement writing (BRD)
- Creating Test Cases/scenarios for requirements.




- Managing UAT execution
- Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills with ability to handle business partner
- Multi-tasking capabilities with Eye for Detail.
- Well versed with Insurance terminology and regulations.

Desired qualification and experience

- Graduate / Post-Graduate in any discipline
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in BRD writing and UAT execution.

ELIGIBILITY

- Candidates who have a performance rating of G2M2 & have completed 12 months in the current role
- Candidates who have a performance rating of G3M3 & have completed 18 months in the current
- FOR LATERAL MOVEMENT, candidate should have completed atleast 12 months in the current role & have a minimum performance rating of G3M3.
