I nviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President , Operations

In this role, you will be leading operations for our Hitech operations work with Operating leaders and Clients to develop a winning strategy, develop it with the Trust & Safety service line,



then present for internal approval and customer acceptance.

Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end client Service Delivery for contact center work involving voice operations, chat operations, emails, etc.

- Should have deep understanding of Contact center metrics for Collections and Customer Service

- Work with Operating leaders and Clients to develop a winning strategy, develop it with the service line, then present for internal approval and customer acceptance.

- Deliver on Financial goals for the business; find opportunities for Growth deliver on growth commitments; identify key cost metrics and ensure they are optimized .

- Develop the current offerings into a product offering for prospective clients.

- Take ownership of delivering value share and productivity along with LDT team

- Bring in deep validated experience in solutions shaping up value propositions in line with Client Objective with robust commercial and operating models with the right levels of differentiation

- Ability to work within a matrix organization and build strong teams and alliances through emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills

- Exposure to Digital process / tool implementation will be an added advantage





- Financial and Growth: Deliver on Financial goals for the business; find opportunities for Growth & deliver on growth commitments; identify key cost metrics and ensure they are optimized . Anticipate & plan for recent business; prepare for infrastructure and other growth-related requirements; plan for resources based on work type and work volume projection and current available head count; and allocate responsibilities. Partner with the BD, Solutioning, Sales team on Commercials, pricing, winning deals.

- Ability to work within a matrix organization and build strong teams and alliances through emotional intelligence and robust interpersonal skills

Minimum Qualification

- Graduate

- High Analytical / reasoning skills, should be commercially savvy and have had a P&L; responsibility

- Experience in setting up new teams to build proficiency in an area and

- Excellent communication and executive presence to connect at senior level and ability to influence those partners

- Influencing skills, creative thinking/cutting-edge mind-set, and comfort with operating in a matrixed environment retaining excellent focus and accountability for daring business targets

- Experience working in collaborative team of team’s environment, led global/virtual and teams with varied strengths
