Position: Executive Distribution Condensing Unit & Heat Pump & Scroll

Working location: Atit, Satara

Business / Site: Copeland India Private Limited

Job Purpose: To ensure efficient receipt, storage, handling, inventory control and timely issuance of condensing unit material and components, while maintaining accuracy of stock records, adherence to safety standards and support for uninterrupted production and dispatch operations

Key Responsibilities:

Description of duties & activities:

- Receive and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.

- Store materials in designated locations following FIFO and warehouse standards.

- Issue materials for production as per authorized requirements.

- Maintain accurate inventory records in the system.

- Conduct physical stock verification and assist in cycle counting.

- Ensure proper material identification, labeling and traceability.

- Maintain housekeeping and safety standards within store area.





- Timely reporting of shortages, damages and discrepancies to the supervisor.

- Support loading, unloading and internal material movement activities.

- Coordinate with sales and SCM team for spare parts requirement, availability & replenishments.

- To manage short term operator handling and allocations across work locations, ensure optimum manpower utilization, timely deployment as per operational requirements.

- Waste Disposal & Scrap Management activities.

Education and Professional Qualifications:

Degree Holder / Valuable Computer Knowledge.

Experience of Working in Stores
