- Develop and establish manufacturing and assembly processes for recent tractor models.
- Prepare plant layouts, line balancing, fixtures, tooling, gauges, and material handling systems.
- Create PFMEA, PFD, Control Plans, SOPs, and support PPAP/APQP activities.
- Coordinate procurement, installation, and commissioning of assembly and testing equipment.
- Monitor pilot, seeding, and production builds to ensure process readiness and quality.
- Work with cross-functional teams for project execution, manufacturing planning, and continuous improvement.
- Hands-on experience in SAP, Teamcenter, BOM handling, and tractor/automobile manufacturing processes preferred.
