Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases and test scenarios.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Validate Workday application functionality and integrations.
- Execute API testing using Postman, Swagger, or similar tools.
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution.
- Perform database validation using SQL queries.
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product teams.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support CI/CD testing processes and release validation.
- Conduct root cause analysis for defects and production issues.
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high quality standards.
- Independently identify testing risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
