We areseeking an experienced Copilot Studio / Power Platform Solution Architectto lead the design and implementation of AI-powered automation solutionssupporting Kenvue''s Procurement and Finance transformation initiatives. Thisrole will work closely with the Senior Director, Procurement Financeand Enterprise Architecture team to define scalable solutionarchitectures, establish governance standards, and deliver business-focused AIagents and automation capabilities.

Responsibilities

SolutionArchitecture Design

- Lead end-to-end architecture for Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and AI-powered business solutions.

- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise solutions aligned with architectural standards.

- Define solution blueprints, integration patterns, security models, and governance frameworks.

- Conduct architecture reviews and provide recommendations for optimization and scalability.

MicrosoftCopilot Studio AI Agents

- Design and implement AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.

- Build conversational experiences for Procurement and Finance business scenarios.

- Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, business processes, and knowledge sources.

- Define prompt orchestration, grounding strategies, AI governance, and monitoring practices.

PowerPlatform Leadership

- Architect solutions using:

- Power Apps (Canvas Model-Driven)

- Power Automate

- Dataverse

- Power Pages

- Power BI (desirable)

- Establish reusable components, solution lifecycle management, and ALM strategies.

IntegrationAutomation

- Design integrations with ERP and enterprise systems such as:

- ServiceNow

- SharePoint

- Microsoft 365

- Develop event-driven and API-based integration patterns.

- Drive process automation opportunities across Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Finance operations.

StakeholderEngagement

- Partner with business leaders, enterprise architects, product owners,



and delivery teams.

- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams.

RequiredQualifications

Experience

- 10+ years of overall IT experience.

- 5+ years of Power Platform solution architecture experience.

- 2+ years of hands-on Microsoft Copilot Studio experience.

- Proven track record designing enterprise-scale Power Platform solutions.

- Experience leading architecture initiatives from discovery through deployment.
