Design Development (In-House Projects)-

- Develop concept and detailed designs aligned with project and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare construction documentation drawings, specifications, and 3D views.
- Coordinate with team leads and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Optimize designs for quality and cost-effectiveness.

Documentation & Compliance-

- Ensure design documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with codes and approvals.
- Liaise with authorities for permits and regulatory clearances.

Project Coordination (Consultant Projects)-

- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to uphold design intent.
- Conduct site visits, resolve RFIs, and participate in design reviews.
- Advocate for sustainable and innovative design practices.

Technical Support-

- Research design trends, materials, and technologies.
- Maintain design standards and provide technical support to project teams.

QUALIFICATION:-

- Bachelors or masters degree in architecture from an accredited institution.
- 5+ years of architectural experience preferably within the hiring firms field.
- Understanding and knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, building construction, building systems and site requirements.
- The ideal candidate should have knowledge of software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion,Excel, and Word.
