This opportunity is within a Healthcare Insurance account, and we are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong understanding of the end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management lifecycle, including patient access, charge capture, coding, billing, claims processing, denial management, payment posting, collections, and revenue integrity.

The candidate should possess:

- Deep hands-on expertise across the complete RCM process lifecycle.
- Strong domain knowledge within healthcare payer/provider operations.
- Ability to provide business and operational context to support the development of AI-driven automation solutions.
- Experience working closely with technical and product teams to help define requirements and develop prototypes/POCs.




- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business processes into automation opportunities.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as an individual contributor and SME for RCM-related initiatives.
- Support proposal development, RFP responses, solution articulation, and content creation.
- Work with business and technical teams to identify automation opportunities and define use cases.
- Provide process expertise and industry best practices to accelerate solution design and client discussions.
