We've been making pizza and donairs the right way since 2001 fresh dough and scratch-made sauces, not shortcuts — and our customers pick us up, order in, and get us delivered every single day. We're a franchisor: we run a handful of stores ourselves and support a network of franchise partners, and we're actively growing, with expansion into the U.S. and eastern Canada on the horizon.

Technically strong Accountant with hands-on QuickBooks Online expertise to manage bookkeeping and support Canadian tax compliance across multiple entities.

What you'll own

Own the end-to-end bookkeeping and financial data integrity for multiple companies, with a focus on accuracy, clean books, and readiness for Canadian tax compliance.

Job Descriptions

- Perform full-cycle bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online (QBO) for multiple entities
- Maintain clean and audit-ready books, including journal entries, bank/credit card reconciliations, and GL reviews
- Manage accounts receivable (AR), including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable (AP), including bill entry, vendor payments, and tracking




- Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting schedules
- Prepare periodic royalty statements accurately and on a timely basis
- Assist with GST filings and support corporate tax return preparation (T2 working papers)
- Identify and correct bookkeeping errors, miscodings, and reconciliation issues proactively
- Ensure consistency and standardization across entities within QBO
- Support audits, reviews, and CFO-level reporting requirements

Requirements

- 3–4 years of relevant accounting and bookkeeping experience
- Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- Prior experience in KPO / outsourced accounting services is preferred (preferably Canada)
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related tools
- Robust attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Willingness to work overlapping hours with MST time zone

Logistics

- Location: Remote (India-based)
- Hours: Full-time, aligned to MST business hours (night shift in India)
- Reports to: CFO
- Compensation: 6–8 lakhs INR
