About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and resourceful IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will partner closely with Account Managers to source, screen, and qualify top IT talent for our clients. The ideal candidate is a creative sourcer, a confident communicator, and a collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced recruitment workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing & Candidate Generation

- Partner with Account Managers to identify strategic methods for recruiting talent
- Source candidates using both traditional and creative methods, including internal database searches, LinkedIn and other social media platforms, and job board resume searches
- Generate and maintain a pipeline of resume leads within the company database

Screening & Qualification

- Conduct pre-screenings with potential candidates via phone and email
- Review resumes to determine which candidates meet minimum client requirements
- Qualify candidates through screening calls and in-person or video interviews





Interview Coordination

- Arrange and/or conduct meetings and interviews involving senior recruiters, account managers, and clients

Reporting & Collaboration

- Update and maintain tracking documents with daily and weekly progress
- Work within a collaborative team environment to deliver the best possible recruitment experience
- Maintain confidentiality at all times regarding candidate and client information

Qualifications & Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of IT recruitment experience
- Creative, resourceful approach to sourcing, with the ability to develop new recruitment channels
- Confident, passionate, and driven to succeed
- Eager to learn new technologies and business domains
- Strong interpersonal skills with a people-oriented approach
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
