- Manage the day-to-day operations of IT services, ensuring high availability and performance of applications.
- Lead incident response teams to resolve major incidents quickly and efficiently using tools like Dynatrace, Nagios, Datadog, SolarWinds, Grafana.
- Develop and implement automation scripts using Itil framework to improve processes and reduce manual intervention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of issues and develop solutions.
Job Requirements :
- 15-17 years of experience in Application Monitoring & Support Services.
- Solid knowledge of monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Nagios, Datadog, SolarWinds, Grafana.
- Experience in Major Incident Management (MIM) process implementation using Itil framework.
