We seek a highly skilled and innovative AI/ML Engineer to join our energetic team. This role is central to our mission, focusing on advanced programming, problem-solving, and the development of robust AI systems that can anticipate and respond to complex queries with high precision.
Responsibilities
- Develop, fine-tune, and deploy large language models (LLMs) to meet specific operational
- Implement classification, retrieval, and generation tasks using advanced AI/ML
- Utilize and innovate on top of foundation model APIs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and prompt engineering
- Conduct efficient nearest-neighbor searches using Faiss in large-scale retrieval
- Enhance and develop NLP functionalities, including but not limited to text-to-speech (TTS) and speech-to-text (STT)
- Manage datasets using the Hugging Face Transformers and Datasets libraries, ensuring robust data handling for training and inference.
- Optimize configuration and experiment tracking with tools such as Hydra and Weights
- Maintain and improve code quality, including version control using Git and
- Work collaboratively in a team environment to design, develop, and review codebases for AI
- Handle data manipulation tasks proficiently with a strong grasp of libraries such as Pandas and
- Operate and manage remote servers for the continuous development and deployment of AI
Qualifications
- 3-10 years of professional experience in AI/ML with a proven record of deploying operational AI systems beyond the proof-of-concept stage.
- Demonstrable experience with Python programming and key libraries (Pandas, NumPy).
- Proven track record in deploying AI/ML models, particularly in NLP and
- Expertise in Faiss, Hugging Face Transformers, and other AI-centric
- Experience with audio and voice manipulation
- Proficiency in configuration management and experiment tracking
- Strong team collaboration skills, especially in remote and distributed team
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a knack for innovative solutions in
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related
