- Builds and maintains Professional Services Partner relationships.
- Focuses on India partner support; coordination with international partners may be required
- Supports internal stakeholders with partner quotes and in region requests to ensure qualified partners are utilized for services engagements
- Participates in and operates in alignment with the rest of the partner team, following established processes and helping to improve or establish new ones
- Participates in partner issue escalation and deactivation
- Works with practice team to ensure technical vetting of partners
- Supports and evangelizes the partner program across the India region.
- Assists in SOW contract financial negotiations pre and post sales.
- Monitors and supports partner compliance with India-specific requirements (e.g., GST-compliant invoicing, statutory contracting terms) in coordination with Legal and Finance
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in a related field.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
- Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills are required.
- Robust computer/IT literacy required
- Negotiation skills
- Escalation management
