Job Description

We are hiring an Application Tech Support Practitioner (L1 Support) with strong technical troubleshooting skills and experience in end-user support environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Windows OS troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Handle complex technical support scenarios
- SCCM administration and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of WDS, DHCP, and DNS
- Support and monitoring of Antivirus (AV) solutions
- Working knowledge of encryption tools
- Patch management and deployment activities
- Bulk imaging and remote imaging support
- Incident management through ticketing tools
- Adherence to SLA commitments




- Basic hardware troubleshooting
- Networking troubleshooting
- Basic server support activities

Required Skills

- Valuable troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Strong communication and customer support skills
- Understanding of IT support processes and SLAs
- Ability to work in rotational shifts

Mandatory Requirement

For experienced candidates, PF and Form 16 documents from all previous organizations are mandatory during the hiring process.
