- Analyze application performance requirements and define performance test strategies
- Design and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, and spike tests
- Develop and maintain performance test scripts using industry-standard tools
- Identify performance bottlenecks across application, database, network, and infrastructure layers
- Analyze test results and provide actionable performance recommendations
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to resolve issues
- Monitor application behavior under load and validate SLAs
- Integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Prepare detailed performance test reports and present findings to stakeholders
- Support capacity planning and scalability assessments
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Robust hands-on experience with JMeter / LoadRunner / Gatling / NeoLoad
- Experience in creating workload models and test scenarios
- Good understanding of HTTP/HTTPS, REST APIs, Microservices
- Knowledge of application performance tuning
- Experience with Linux/Unix environments
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
