Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate SEO / AEO Executive with 1+ years of experience in Search Engine Optimization, Content Optimization, and AI Search Optimization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in improving website rankings, increasing organic traffic, and optimizing content for Answer Engines (AEO) and AI-powered search platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity AI, and Google AI Overview.

This role requires strong analytical skills, content optimization expertise, and the ability to execute both on-page and off-page SEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform keyword research, keyword clustering, and competitor analysis.
- Plan and execute on-page SEO activities including meta tags, schema markup, URL optimization, and internal linking.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers to resolve issues.
- Optimize website performance for Core Web Vitals and mobile-first indexing.
- Execute off-page SEO strategies including backlink building, outreach, and directory submissions.
- Manage and optimize Google Search Console and Google Analytics (GA4).
- Create and optimize blogs, landing pages, and website content for organic growth.
- Optimize content for AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), including FAQs, featured snippets, and voice search.
- Improve brand visibility on AI-powered search platforms (GEO).
- Track keyword rankings, traffic,



and conversion performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports.
- Stay updated with Google's algorithm changes and AI search trends.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Design, and Development teams to improve website performance.

Required Skills

- 1+ years of hands-on experience in SEO.
- Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
- Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.
- Knowledge of keyword research tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, or Moz.
- Experience using Screaming Frog or similar SEO audit tools.
- Understanding of schema markup and structured data.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for SEO.
- Experience in WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Good understanding of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and AI Search Optimization (GEO).
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity AI, or Claude.
- Knowledge of content marketing strategies.
- Basic understanding of Python or automation for SEO is an advantage.
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or B2B digital marketing is preferred.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- SEO or Digital Marketing certifications are preferred.
