- Analyze and optimize workforce capacity to meet business demands using tools like RTA (Real-Time Analysis) and WFM (Workforce Management).
- Develop and maintain accurate rosters, schedules, and shift plans to ensure productive use of resources.
- Monitor queue management systems to minimize shrinkage and reduce delays in service delivery.
- Provide MIS reports on workforce performance metrics such as productivity, efficiency, and quality.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in Workforce Management or related field.
- Strong understanding of RTA, WFM, rostering, capacity planning, shift management, queue management, and mis reporting principles.
- Ability to analyze data from various sources to identify trends and areas for improvement.
