We are looking for a Senior Manager to manage a sales voice process in the insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing and developing high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced setting.

Role & responsibilities

- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the sales team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback and develop personalized coaching and development plans for team members.
- Identify and address skill gaps within the team, facilitating training and development opportunities to enhance their capabilities.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting open communication, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of efforts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to sales and customer interactions.
- Managing remote or distributed teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across multiple locations.
- Sales force automation tools usage and CRM systems to streamline processes and enhance productivity.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Minimum 12 years of overall experience working in a telesales outbound sales process for domestic region with atleast 2 years at a Manager level
- Hands-on experience with Dialer strategies
- Proven track record of successfully managing and developing high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced environment.
