JD:

- 3+ years of customer service or production support experience, with demonstrated ability to work independently and in a fast-paced setting while managing tight deadlines and priorities.
- Hands-on experience with one or more MFT tools (e.g., Axway SecureTransport Enterprise, IBM Sterling, TIBCO) and related monitoring/ticketing platforms (e.g., Netcool, ServiceNow).
- Experience providing Level 1/Level 2 support for application and infrastructure issues; familiarity with application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines.
- Demonstrated ability to design or contribute to frameworks and automations that reduce operational toil or technical debt while maintaining high system availability.
