Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound (cold) calls to US-based prospects and schedule product demos.
- Explain the product/service clearly and build interest with potential customers.
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Update customer details and call records in the CRM system.
- Prepare basic reports, presentations, and documentation using MS Office.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Meet daily/weekly demo booking and call targets.

Required Skills

- Minimum 1 year of experience in International US Voice Process.
- Experience in SaaS Sales or IT Sales (Mandatory).




- Strong experience in Cold Calling, Outbound Sales, and Lead Generation.
- Excellent US Accent and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to schedule product demos and generate qualified leads.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Good written communication skills for emails and follow-ups.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, etc.).
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven remote environment.
