Learn with Leaders is looking for a versatile Finance & Teaching Associate who can contribute to internal finance operations while also delivering high-quality finance education to students enrolled in our programs. This hybrid role is ideal for someone passionate about both finance execution and teaching/mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Finance Operations (Internal)
- Manage day-to-day finance activities including invoicing, expense tracking, and basic accounting.
- Maintain financial records, reports, and documentation accurately.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams for payment follow-ups and financial reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with basic financial and regulatory requirements.
2. Teaching & Program Delivery
- Deliver engaging sessions on finance topics such as:
- Basics of Accounting o
- Financial Literacy
- Business & Corporate Finance
- Budgeting and Personal Finance
- Simplify complex concepts for school and college students.
- Conduct live sessions, workshops, and doubt-solving sessions.
- Evaluate student assignments, projects, and presentations.
3. Curriculum & Content Development
- Develop and update curriculum for finance programs offered by Learn with Leaders.
- Create presentations, case studies, and practical assignments.
- Ensure content is aligned with industry trends and real-world applications.
4. Student Mentorship & Engagement
- Mentor students and guide them on career paths in finance and related fields.
- Track student progress and provide feedback for improvement.
- Encourage participation and interactive learning experiences.
5. Collaboration & Program Support
- Work closely with program managers and academic teams for smooth execution.
- Assist in webinars, workshops, and global program coordination.
- Support partnerships and outreach initiatives when required.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in finance, Commerce, Accounting, or related field (B.Com, BBA preferred). •
- 1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or teaching/training roles.
- Robust understanding of financial concepts and accounting basics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Teaching or mentoring experience (online/offline).
- Knowledge of tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and accounting software (e.g., Tally).
- Ability to create engaging and student-friendly learning content.
- Basic understanding of business laws or compliance (added advantage).
