Key Responsibilities:

- Source and identify H-1B transfer candidates across various technologies.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified consultants.
- Coordinate with recruiters, account managers, and candidates throughout the H-1B transfer process.
- Develop and maintain relationships with consultants.
- Meet consultant acquisition and business targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in US IT Recruitment, Bench Sales, or Business Development.
Robust understanding of the H-1B Transfer process.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and professional networks.
