We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Manager UK Statutory Reporting working closely with Senior Manager, this full-time and permanent position is based in India and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Global Service Centre and its growth.
Key responsibilities:
As part of the team, role provides for compliance services to the companys international client portfolio. Some responsibilities of the role are included below but this list is not exhaustive:
- Oversee Statutory and direct tax process for Clients globally.
- Manage SLA and seamless delivery across jurisdictions
- Enable transitions as required from the markets
- Manage a dedicated team for providing year end FS and review the work deliverables.
- Engage with the local partners and offices for the statutory compliance
- Work towards creating a process driven function
- Assistance in relation to any audit, special investigation and litigation.
- Manage a portfolio of Clients, delivering timely service delivery as per the terms agreed
- Seek appropriate advice and assistance from local offices and partners in receiving countries and services are managed to maximum effect.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects which develop the most competitive and cost-effective product.
- Ensure files/documentation kept on Clients behalf are maintained to appropriate internal and external legislative requirements.
- Support the Company's development of systems and standards to ensure quality and timeliness of services
- Work with the Clients to keep compliances in order. Build a long-lasting relationship and advise as required.
Key requirements:
- Must be a CA with 7-8 years of International Statutory Reporting experience
- CCH and IRIS software experience in UK accounts.
- DipIFR (Diploma in IFRS) is a plus.
