Job Title: Fundamental Research Head

Location: Khar West, Mumbai

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Fundamental Research Head to lead its equity research function. The role involves developing high-conviction investment ideas, providing actionable investment recommendations, and contributing to the firm's overall research and investment strategy.

*Key Responsibilities*
Conduct in-depth fundamental analysis of listed companies, including financial statement analysis, business models, industry dynamics, and valuation.
Develop and publish high-quality equity research reports and investment recommendations.
Identify long-term investment opportunities and emerging market trends.
Build and maintain financial models and valuation frameworks.
Interact with company managements, industry experts, institutional investors, and other market participants.
Ensure timely dissemination of research ideas and market insights to internal stakeholders and clients.
Participate in investment committee meetings and contribute to portfolio strategy discussions.
Monitor macroeconomic developments, regulatory changes, and sector-specific trends impacting investment decisions.
Maintain the highest standards of research integrity, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with sales, dealing, and relationship management teams to support client engagement initiatives.
*Required Qualifications*
Chartered Accountant (CA), CFA, MBA (Finance),



or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 815 years of experience in Equity Research, Fundamental Research, Portfolio Management, or Investment Advisory.
Proven track record of generating successful investment recommendations.
Robust understanding of Indian capital markets and regulatory framework.
Experience in leading and mentoring research teams is preferred.
Excellent financial modelling and valuation skills.
