We are looking for a Senior Site Supervisor to support the execution of distributed solar rooftop projects through installation partners across multiple districts in and around Vishakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing on-ground execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth project delivery at each site.

Role Overview

As a Senior Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing site activities, coordinating with installation partners, and ensuring that projects are executed safely, efficiently, and as per schedule. This role requires strong field presence, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to work closely with warehouse teams, government officials, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise the execution of distributed solar rooftop projects at multiple site locations.
- Coordinate with installation partners to ensure timely and quality project completion.
- Work closely with the warehouse team for material movement, dispatch tracking, and site requirements.
- Maintain project MIS, update progress reports, and support accurate documentation.
- Monitor on-site activities and ensure adherence to project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with government officials and local authorities to support project execution across multiple districts in Vizag.
- Identify site-level issues, escalate concerns promptly, and ensure quick resolution.
- Track site progress, support inspections,



and ensure smooth handover of completed projects.
- Travel frequently to various project locations as required.

Desired Profile

- Prior experience in site supervision, project coordination, or field execution, preferably in solar or infrastructure projects.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously.
- Good team management and coordination skills.
- Hands-on experience in maintaining MIS and project tracking reports.
- Comfortable interacting with government officials and external stakeholders.
- Must be willing to travel extensively across project locations.
- Candidate should have own bike or scooter for field movement.
- Candidate must be from Andhra Pradesh and fluent in Telugu.
