Position/ Role: Junior Accountant

Location: Bhopal & Jaipur - ONLY WORK FROM OFFICE IN NIGHT SHIFT

Experience: 0-2 Year (Freshers may also apply) (Quick Books experience is preferred)

Salary: CTC 2.88 LPA

Shift: 4:00 pm IST to 1:00 am IST (Night Shift)

Interface/ Software Used: Mainly QuickBooks. Other software used are Xero, Sage, Yardi, Appfolio, Buildium, etc. We also train individuals to get familiar with the required software.

Eligibility Criteria: B.Com, M.Com, CA Dropouts, MBA Finance

Roles and Responsibilities

Required Junior Accountants for maintaining books of accounts for US Clients. Candidate will mainly be responsible for:

1. Maintaining Client books of Account including Bank/CC entries and Reconciliations.

2. Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Entries.

3. Preparation of Financial Reports per Client Requirements.

4. Knowledge in MS office Tools especially in excel.

5.



Preparing financial statements and reporting are a large part of the junior accountants day-to-day work.

Basics:

1. Awareness of basic terminology of Accountancy.

2. Knowledge of Bank Reconciliation, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable.

3. Basic knowledge of MS Word & MS Excel.

4. Capability to read, write & understand English.

5. Experienced in Financial Reporting & Analytical procedures.

1. Who can handle jobs independently & can work late hours. (USA Hours, 4pm-1am IST)

2. Prior experience in US Accounting/ Bookkeeping is preferred.

3. The one who possesses leadership and team working qualities.

4. With good interpersonal skills and who can work under pressure.

5. With valuable time management and working ability to meet the deadline by taking proper responsibility.

6. One who is curious and observant, and willing to give active suggestions for improvement, as well as receive feedback for better performance.
