Job Summary

Lead the development of software solutions that support key factory digitalization initiatives, including: Production Monitoring: Design and implement real-time monitoring systems for production lines, incorporating data visualization dashboards for performance analysis and anomaly detection.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Develop robust inventory management systems that optimize stock levels, track materials in real-time, and minimize waste.
- Create applications that automate quality control processes, analyze data to identify potential defects, and generate reports for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with production managers, engineers, and IT personnel to understand their needs and translate them into functional specifications for software development.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and design user-friendly, scalable applications.
- Create intuitive and engaging user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) that empower factory operators and managers to utilize the developed applications effectively.
- Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive data, ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., OT security).



Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure seamless adoption of new digital applications across the factory.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, and production, to align on digitalization goals and ensure smooth implementation. Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends related to digitalization, IoT, Industry 4.0, and other relevant areas.
- Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and workshops to build relationships and stay abreast of the latest innovations.Contribute to the effective management of software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting key performance indicators.
- Implement and maintain efficient database systems to store and manage data generated by the developed applications.
- Demonstrate expertise in operational technology (OT) security principles and best practices, ensuring the secure integration of applications within the factory network environment.
