Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated ERP Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of the company's ERP system. The role involves ensuring accurate data entry, providing user support, coordinating with different departments, troubleshooting ERP issues, and improving business processes through effective ERP utilization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily ERP transactions across all departments.
- Create and maintain master data, including customers, vendors, items, BOMs, employees, and projects.
- Provide first-level support to ERP users and resolve system-related issues.
- Coordinate with the ERP vendor for bug fixes, upgrades, and system enhancements.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry by all departments.
- Generate MIS reports, dashboards, and operational reports for management.
- Conduct user training and prepare SOPs and user manuals.
- Monitor data accuracy and ensure compliance with company processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and ERP automation.
- Support ERP implementation, testing,



and rollout of new modules.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in ERP support, implementation, or administration.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, EPC, or construction industries is preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SMAAC, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar platforms is an advantage.

Required Skills

- Solid understanding of ERP workflows and business processes.
- Good knowledge of inventory, procurement, production, finance, and sales modules.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
